As part of our Operation Vegan outreach we are producing a bunch of great tasting healthy recipes which are entirely Vegan and Plant Based. This section is totally free and just here to give you some healthy ways to include the Vegan lifestyle and Animal rights movement into your day through eating a compassionate and healthy diet.

Oat Milk

Oat milk is one of our favourite plant based milks, its creamy, rich and goes with everything from hot coffee to cold nice cream recipes. Its really simple to make too, you just need water, oats, a sieve, a bowl, a blender and something to store it in.
