Succulent Banana and Oat pancakes

Great tasting Vegan pancakes, make with 5 simple ingredients, bananas, oats, water, oat milk, chia seeds.

Ingredients: 200 grams of oats 2 large bananas 50 grams of chia seeds 100ml of oast milk water coconut oil Equipment: - Blender - 1 large mixing bowl - 1 tea spooon - 1 fork - 1 knife - 1 measuring jug - 1 frying pan - 1 hob Method; 1. Measure ut and blend your oats into oat flour and add them to your large bowl 2. Chop up 2 bananas and add 100ml water and blend in the belnder, then add to the mix 3. Add your 50g chia seeds and 100ml of oat milk 4. Mix well together in your bowl and add water to make the mixture more runny 5. Place the pan on the hob and add 1/2 a tea spoon of coconut oil and let it melt to stop the pancake sticking 6. Pour some mix out and spread it as large as you want 7. Cook for a few minutes and then flip using your spatula 8. Serve and repeat 9. Decorate with fruit, peanut butter or any other vegan condiments. Recipe makes 5 large thin pancakes.
