Pineapple, Carrot and Ginger Juice
Over the summer I got really into juicing, it was a great, refreshing and energizing way to start my day. This recipe is one of my favourites, combining that sweet fruit flavour with a ginger kick to get your morning going.
Ingredients: - 1 large pineapple
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- a few slices of fresh Ginger (depending on how strong you want it)
- 1 sharp knife
1. Slice up all of the ingrendients and juice them in the juicer. Adding more ginger depending on how strong a ginger taste you prefer.
